About bykgeo
bykgeo is the name used for my independent photography and videography work. Contact bykgeo@gmail.com with website, booking or licensing questions. Your written booking agreement must identify the person providing the service and their business contact details before you commit.
Copyright and use of the work
Photographs, films and other material are protected by copyright and other applicable rights, which remain with their respective owners. You may browse and link to the portfolio. Viewing it does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, redistribute or use the work commercially. Please ask about licensing. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.
Accounts and ratings
Keep your login details private. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or manipulate ratings. Visitor accounts have no email recovery. Email bykgeo@gmail.com for account help or to request closure; never email your password. Ratings are collection feedback, not a booking or a verified customer review.
Booking enquiries
An enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. The scope, total price, payment arrangements, delivery, usage rights and cancellation arrangements must be agreed in writing before you commit. See cancellations and refunds. Website updates do not retrospectively change an existing booking agreement.
External services and problems
External links and optional players have their providers’ own terms and privacy notices. Report website problems, accessibility barriers or copyright concerns to bykgeo@gmail.com with the relevant page.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
